  41. I introduce myself, i'm a DOS_InterNet user...  ...i looked for DOS INet
  42. FreeWare/ShareWare programs in hope that i'd get my hands on some piece
  43. of software which can be run even on a minimum setup, meaning:  - 8088
  44. 4,77 Mhz ~CPU~  ...  - No Hard-Disk  ...  - DOS v3.3...  To upgrade the
  45. hardware or to switch to protocols like ~FTP~/~HTTP~ *IS NOT* an option.
  46. Most unfortunately, `Kermit' doesn't included the `ZMoDem' file transfer
  47. protocol...  I would welcome postings from people who happen to be doing
  48. fine `ZMoDem'/`Kermit' transfers using no more than the minimum setup...

  60. you have tried too much)!  In case you would change your attitude, i was
  61. thinking about the plan of the plans (in a way, it would be to INTENTION
  62. what the plans are to the MEANS by which a problem is to be resolved)...

  64. Someone's intention gives rise to ideas, ideas eventually lead to a more
  65. immediate problem-solving process where that problem is broken down into
  66. smaller parts...  There's no such thing as "THE plan", the answer rarely
  67. pre-exists in the formulation of the problem itself;  instead, you would
  68. have little choice but to try to resolve the problem part by part, which
  69. implies that some parts have to be dealt with after some others;  hence,
  70. the nuance i have made.  %-7  It was clear that no `ZMoDem' addition for
  71. `MS-Kermit' was UNDER WAY but i didn't find one single passage where the
  72. team has declared `ZMoDem' Off-Limits, AT PRIORI.  What's under scrutiny
  73. RIGHT NOW tells you nothing about the team's intents;  i asked them many
  74. times but no answer ever came...  I saw nothing to support or go against
  75. my impression that the team already has decided to ignore a `ZMoDem' for
  76. `MS-Kermit' topic...  A clear statement was never issued.  Kapish?!  :-o
